Keith has extensive experience of coaching within the Private and Public Sector working with a range of individuals and teams at executive level.

Keith first discovered the power of coaching in his previous role as Staff Development Manager for the Isle of Man Constabulary and has been inspired by its results ever since.

He is qualified with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (E.M.C.C) and recently up-skilled via the I.L.M. Level 7 Executive Coaching/Mentoring Programme.

Keith’s three main areas of focus are:

  • Leadership - Developing behaviours to enable personal and organisational growth.
  • Top-Team Dynamics - Improving relationships to enable cohesive, seamless strategic leadership.
  • Organisational Change - Working with individuals or teams to find solutions to align culture with desired strategic direction.
