About

My name is Keith Kinrade. In 2012 I established my own People Development Consultancy specialising in providing bespoke people development solutions to meet the specific requirements of organisations and clients.

Prior to life as an independent consultant I was the Staff Development Manager with the Isle of Man Constabulary, developing ‘people’ strategy and associated policies. From recruitment to promotion I was responsible for developing processes for a work environment that was complex, challenging and ever-changing.

I was instrumental in designing and implementing leadership and values based behavioural frameworks, Development and Assessment Centres, together with innovative, cost-effective O.D. processes that assisted the organisation achieving Gold Investors in People status and also being commended as one of the finalists in the 2012 National Chartered Institute People Management Awards.

With a background in law enforcement and compliance training I can offer bespoke development opportunities ranging from Investigation Principles to Conflict Management.

I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Leadership and Management together with a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector. I am an experienced and qualified Executive Coach, Assessor, Verifier, and hold Chartered Membership status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
